As we just celebrated Memorial Day in memory of all those that fought in wars for the rights of the freedom of all Americans today, we see more clearly that we do not have those rights today in America.

                                Where is the Individual Accountability for Government Wrongdoing 

Fighting Government fraud and other misconduct should be a top priority of the Department of Justice. 

Our nation's economy depends on the effective enforcement of the civil and criminal laws that protect Americans from our Government system.   American citizens need to "Stand Up and Speak Out" demanding a "FAIR & JUST" system in all avenues of Government.


The principles of the United States Constitution that overrule all the Government does, need to be learned by all and more important by the Judiciary and Legislature branches of Government.  Luckily in this difficult time we have President Donald J. Trump who knows the Constitution and is trying to enforce it. 

The Judiciary & Legislature should live and breathe the Constitution and do all it can to protect and combat the fraud on the court by these Judge Sullivan & Judge Hudson.  

The DOJ & FBI heads and staff should be working tirelessly of the corruption of there own in investigations, particularly in the aftermath of the exposure of the "HOAX" against Trump. 

  • One of the most effective ways to combat Government misconduct is by seeking accountability from the individuals who perpetrated the wrongdoing. Such accountability is important for several reasons: 
  • it deters future illegal activity, 
  • it incentivizes changes in government, DoJ, FBI, and other behavior, 
  • it ensures that the proper parties are held responsible for their actions, 
  • and it promotes the public's confidence in our justice system

 There are, however, many substantial challenges unique to pursuing individuals for Government misdeeds. The Government has gotten "too large to Fail", where responsibility can be diffuse and decisions are made at various levels, it can be difficult to determine if someone possessed the knowledge and criminal intent necessary to establish their guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.

 This is particularly true when determining the culpability of high-level Government employees aka executives, who may be insulated from the day-to-day activity in which the misconduct occurs. 

As a result, investigators often must reconstruct what happened based on a painstaking review of government documents, which can number in the millions, and which may be difficult to collect due to legal restrictions.

 These challenges make it all the more important that the Government / Legislature / President Trump fully leverage its resources to identify culpable individuals at all levels in government cases. 

It is important we recognize the Government / Legislature polices itself.  

The Government has the habit of ignoring the crime, firing the person with all benefits, and or retiring the person with all benefits.  They do this with knowledgeable intend to keep the person silent of the other criminal acts and actions that they are aware of. 


To address these challenges, the Government should convene a working group of American citizens that are "VICTIMS" to the Biased Judges, improper investigations by the FBI et al

 The working group should examine how the Government and it's agents approach government investigations, and identify areas in which it can amend its policies and practices in order to most effectively pursue the individuals responsible for government wrongs. 

The measures described above are steps that should be taken in any investigation of government et al misconduct.  Fundamentally, this is designed to ensure that all State & Federal Government employees across the United States of America are consistent in the best efforts to hold to account the individuals responsible for illegal government et al conduct. 

This should apply to all Government matters in the redress of misconduct and deter future wrongdoing of employees. Thus, investigating government wrongdoing should maintain a focus on the responsible individuals, recognizing that holding them to account is an important part of protecting the public ln the long term. 

Six key steps to strengthen our pursuit of individual Government wrongdoing, some of which reflect policy shifts and each of which is described in greater detail below: 

  1.  in order to qualify for any Government credit, the employee must provide to the Government Department all relevant facts relating to the individuals responsible for the misconduct; 
  2. criminal and civil government investigations should focus on individuals from the inception of the investigation;  from the top down and no one left out.
  3. criminal and civil attorneys handling Government investigations should be in routine communication with one another; and with the other appropriate agencies 
  4. absent extraordinary circumstances or approved Government policy, the Governments Departments will not release culpable individuals from civil or criminal liability when resolving a matter with a corporation;
  5.  Government attorneys should not resolve matters with an employee without a clear plan to resolve related individual cases, and should memorialize any declinations as to individuals in such cases; and 
  6. Government attorneys should consistently focus on individuals as well as the Government Agencies  and evaluate whether to bring suit against an individual based on considerations beyond that individual's ability to pay.
Americans we are at a Cross Road  
Will we empower ourselves with our United States Constitution or with the Delusional "Stay at  Home" congress collecting their Benefits and $174,000 - 194,300 + salary?  

FYI:   Congressional pay is $174,000 per year, which, at an 80% rate, equates to a lifelong pension benefit of $139,200. 5 All benefits are taxpayer-funded. Additionally, members of Congress enjoy the same Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) as all other federal employees, which is similar to a 401(k).
